About Character Toys

What you will find here

Our original guides help you ask useful questions about interests, age information, everyday use, condition and storage. The gift planner gives you a simple place to keep a shortlist in your own browser.

We are a publication and planning resource. We do not sell toys, hold stock, take orders or arrange delivery.

A new publication on an existing domain

This site is an owned-domain restoration pilot with a new editorial identity. It does not claim to continue the former Character Toys retailer, Westwell or any previous business on this domain. Historic product listings, prices, customer relationships and brand affiliations do not apply to this publication.

Independent guidance, clear limits

Character Toys Editorial is the publication’s writing and editing identity. We have not tested or certified individual products and do not claim professional toy-safety credentials. Guides link to primary sources where factual safety and regulatory information matters.

Read the manufacturer’s information for the exact item and consult current official guidance when you need to resolve a safety or compliance question.

Make a thoughtful starting point

Start with the buying guides, or keep a few options together in the gift planner. Our editorial policy explains how we handle sources and commercial information.
